Please follow our instructions.

Page1:
You can submit a job by
1) input a SRR ID and click "next" to go to Page 2.1, or
2) click "submit your own data" to choose the RNA-seq dataset you want to analyze. If you choose "sumbit your own data", you will go to Page 2.2.
(Find a SRR ID of a RNA-seq dataset at NCBI's SRA database.)

Page2.1:
In this page, you can 1) enter your email address for tracking your job, 2) select a reference genome that your input RNA-seq data will be mapped on, 3) tell our system if the RNA-seq data is strand-specific or not, and 4) tell our system what NC number (reference genome) you want use, if your targeted reference genome is correctly listed.

Page2.2:
You come to this page because your clicked "sumbit your own data". In this page, you can 1) upload RNA-seq data in fastq format, 2) upload a gff file of the targeted reference genome, 3) upload a fasta file of the targeted reference genome, 4) upload a ptt file of the targeted reference genom, and 5) enter your email address for tracking your job. Note: uploading files may take hours.

Page3:
This page presents results and progresses of your job. It is also where you can download predicted TUs and their RNA-seq signal plots.

The plot images may be vary according to the parameters you input, such as strand-specificity and extended length.
